Over our 7 week competition, Jessica Trudell, has been a total rockstar! The amount of research, time, and hard work put in truly showed in each of her cocktails. From the Hana Hou in week 1 to the Kaua’i Hibis-KISS in week 5 and of course her finale winning cocktail, Celestial PEAR-adise, each were absolutely phenomenal.
