EXPANDING THE YONEGAN FAMILY! As of 1:02 pm Monday June 15th, we've just signed the purchase sale agreement to acquire the Central Maui Hostel and bring her into the Yonegan Getaways family! We've many steps to take and a long way to go to complete the process, but are bursting with joy and excitement and gratitude. My pre-thanks to my soon-to-be named partners and our representatives and even our legal team in helping us grow - bringing the best that Maui has to offer to visitors from around the world.

NEAR TO A YEAR IN THE QUEST

INFLECTION POINT (and other Points of Interest) That's the path on a curve where an arc changes direction. We hit one today in the best possible ways, having more income received than booked. :-) We ALSO topped our year-long income net today, having more guests booked and income received than in all of 2018! And it's only April! Though our "over 30K" winning streak concluded in April, we look forward to our next "high season" coming in December.... Of other April news.... We were notified by Airbnb that we earned SuperHost status for last quarter. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

KIHEI COVID SANCTUARY In light of the Covid-19 emergency we have transitioned our rental from short-term to month-to-month at long term prices. That means $1,800.00 per month with the remainder of March thrown in for free as an inducement to book early. We can guarantee the months of March, April and May - with extensions possible. We have weekly rates at $500.00 and nightly rates at $99.00. No cleaning fee. A security deposit of $500.00 will be returned on the day of ch...eck out assuming no more than regular wear and tear.
