Creating Snakes out of playdough. Did you know playdough is a good resource for developing fine motor skills? Yes! Rolling, pinching, smashing, and kneading the playdough exercises and strengthens small motor skills that are neccessary for writing and so much more.... If you're afraid of the "mess" or it getting all over the house, then designate a playdough table to set a boundary for where the playdough is allowed. It can even be outside of the house too!
