This week I did a family portrait session at the Mauna Lani Resort with the Christie family who were visiting from Canada. They had 3 young boys, which made the portrait session very active and fun. Here are a couple of images from the photo shoot.

I am proud to receive Honorable Mention awards in two categories of the international Julia Margaret Cameron Exhibit: the "Wildlife" category and the "Women Photographing Women" category. The exhibit will be held in Barcelona, Spain in October. I plan to attend the reception. Attached are my photos that placed in the exhibit.

I was honored to do the photography for the CD which included some of my lava photography. and of course photography of my favorite music duo, Bob Bojorquez and Jammin' Joe. I recently returned from a trip to Spain where I attended the Julia Margaret Cameron International Photography Exhibit in Barcelona. I won Honorable Mention in the "Wildlife" and "Women Seeing Women" categories for two series of my African wildlife images and images of the women of the Hadzapi tribe. The opening reception of the exhibit was well attended and had some amazing photographs. I also attended a dinner for the artists on the following evening. I was very honored to be part of this wonderful exhibit.
