We produced the live stream of a virtual commencement ceremony this past weekend, and man what a whirlwind! It was unlike any other live stream production we've done so far. While we know most schools will return to in-person ceremonies as soon as possible, there were definite upsides to doing a graduation this way, and some institutions might want to consider this even after COVID. We thought we'd share what we learned from this experience for schools doing it in the future, and as a last-minute heads up for those getting ready for their own virtual ceremonies this year.

Last night we had the privilege of producing our first ever virtual wedding reception zoom! We streamed from the newlyweds' suite at the Kahala Hotel and virtual guests got attend via their homes and watch parties. It was soooooo much fun! We created custom emojis and virtual backgrounds for the reception and Nolan Hong Media got to emcee the event. Congrats to Brad and Minda on your marriage and for putting on a tremendous wedding celebration! 6 down, one more to go as we... have our 7th and final virtual event to produce in the month of May coming up this week!
