Merry CLOSING! . Did you know some agents give towels or water bottles at closings? While it’s nice to give an item of value to your client, every client and transaction is different. So the question is, shouldn’t every closing gift be different? Well I think so! . I surprised my client with a 6 pack of his favorite beer when I congratulated him on closing. You should have seen his face light up. He was humbled that I got him something he would actually enjoy. As... I began to thank him for his communication, trust, and support, he stopped me.
