Sunday Service May 27, 2018 9:30 am - 12 noon Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden, Lecture Room Special Speaker: Peter Goodgame... Here is the apostle Paul giving definitions of what the kingdom of God is, what the evidence of God's Spirit are, and what love is. Written 2,000 years ago, this was far ahead of its time. It's far ahead of our time, but we are getting closer. It's the eschatological reality we are coming to, and yet that is here, awaiting for anyone to align themselves with. It is the kingdom. It is Christ. It is the reality of God. If this is God’s kingdom, God’s Spirit, and God’s love, then God doesn't act contrary to his kingdom, his Spirit, and his love. This is God’s reality. "The wrath of God" then is not where God is suddenly contradicting everything that His kingdom, His Spirit, and love is, but an anthropomorphism of the chaos and destruction that is naturally reaped when we move against the flow of God’s reality. The kingdom of God is: Righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is: Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Love is: Patient, kind, not envious, not boastful, not proud, not dishonoring, not self-seeking, not easily angered, does not hold sin against people, delights not in evil but in truth, always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always presses on, always wins. God acts in accordance with His kingdom, God has the fruit of the Spirit, and God is Love. ~Jacob Wright

It doesn't cost us anything to speak an encouraging word to someone...yet it can be the very thing that causes one to step into the significance of their life. That's true prosperity. #SpeakLife

New Beginning is stepping into a new beginning in 2018. Thank you to all who came out for our work day yesterday, as we cleared the land of the past, in order to open up the way for the future. You are all blessings and we are grateful for you in our lives.
