Kapiolani Community College’s STEM program is hosting a pina this week Wednesday, November 4th, in partnership with the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology (SOEST). Learn about scholarships (Hollings Scholarship, Space Grant), internships (NOAA), research opportunities (NOAA), mentoring programs (Maile Mentoring), and more. We will be highlighting one of the degree programs: B.Sc. Global Environmental Science (GES). A panel of SOEST graduate students will be sharing their experiences in SOEST and the opportunities they had after graduation (graduate schools, job opportunities, etc.).
