As an Essential Business to our community, and at the encouragement of our local government, we have closed our sales showrooms in order to contribute to the global effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. You may still view inventory on our website, receive a price quote, or visit with a dedicated sales professional online or via phone. Our Service and Parts Operations will remain open because we know how essential it to have reliable transportation during these times of uncertainty. For those that prefer to complete your service consultation outside our facility, we offer at home pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle. We continue to implement preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Hawaii State Department of Health. Tony Group has enhanced our health and safety protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We stopped all business air travel for our associates and shared specific instructions with our team members on the importance of social distancing, good hygiene habits, staying home if they are ill and working remotely whenever possible. Per local government recommendations, any associates who have traveled off Island or are living with a household member who has traveled off-island are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. In addition, we have taken the following steps at our facilities: Added visual reminders for proper hygiene and self-care Defined cycles for frequent cleaning and disinfection of all common areas, door handles/knobs, light switches, handrails, etc. Enhanced daily sanitation procedures for restroom, waiting areas, and other facilities Commenced frequent cleaning of outdoor locations, including walkways Implemented a more robust cleaning process for all demo, loaner, courtesy shuttle, and pre-owned vehicles We remain ready to serve you online or via phone if you prefer not to visit on site.
