Tryna play around with wellness poses. It's so sexy! Don't mind my fat gut or my No lipstick face LMAO. Since I've torn my bicep , it seems like physique is not in my near future. I could probably still do figure but even that seems out of reach for me I struggle daily with where I belong in this industry. My hubby @fitorfatality_ifbbpro threw out wellness to me. We have a few wellness girls in our gym so doing posing classes with them it's really growing on me. That back pose though OMG I'm 55! Do I even have the confidence to do this division? We shall see in the future.
