Waikoloa Plaza

Construction continues at Waikoloa Plaza with permits for the following buildings being recently issued: Building M (Family Health & Wellness, Elevation Medical Imaging, Waikoloa Suds), Building H (Popeyes Hawaii ), Building C (Fireart Cuisine, Goodwill Hawaii , Black Lava Vape, Jeans Warehouse, Sushi HI, Bodhi Tree Juicery, and L&L Hawaiian Barbecue), and Building L (Fitness Forever Hawaii). -Island Holistic Healing, LLC and the Meridian Pacific office are 90% complete and w...ill be ready to open within a few months after final approvals are received. -Ground has been broken on a mixed-use component of the project, Lofts at Waikoloa East. Lofts East is composed of 33 apartments, which are currently available for rent (visit loftsatwaikoloa.com for more information). -The foundations for Buildings C and L will be poured this month, and Building L will be erected by mid-March. -Offsite construction is complete, and the entrances to the Plaza are constructed. -Shell construction is complete on both buildings E and G, including insulation, load centers, and sprinkler systems. Currently awaiting permits for tenant improvements. Building E will house Island Holistic Healing, LLC, Domino's Pizza, BodyPro Physical Therapy , Kingu Yakiniku, Rocko’s Country Cookin’, Keo Siam, Balsimo's Pizza, and Meridian Pacific. Building G will house Pueo's Osteria and a 2,400 SF unit available for lease. Construction update 4.2021 - TI permits are in review for Domino's Pizza, Rocko’s Country Cookin’, Balsimo’s Pizza, Kingu Yakiniku, BodyPro Physical Therapy, Keo Siam, Black Lava Vape, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Goodwill Hawaii, Sushi HI, Pueo's Osteria & Ace Hardware. - Shell permits for Building J are in for review and should be issued shortly, at which time TI permits for Pudgee Panda Hawaii , Coco Cantina, and Kohala Coffee Co. will be submitted. - The foundation for Building... H (Popeyes Hawaii) has been poured, and the walls and trusses are in fabrication. - Walls for Building L (Fitness Forever Hawaii) have been erected. Roofing and siding are installed. - In Building E, tenant improvements for Meridian Pacific Management Office and Island Holistic Healing will be completed by the end of April. - Building permit recieved for Building B (Ace Hardware). Foundation construction has begun, scheduled to pour in mid-April. - Fire sprinklers and insulation will be installed and exterior paint completed in April for Building G (Pueo’s Osteria and an available 2,400 SF unit). - Foundation has been poured and walls will be erected starting the third week in April for Building C (Goodwill, Fireart Cuisine, Black Lava Vape, Jeans Warehouse, Sushi HI, and L&L Hawaiian Barbecue). - Foundation is complete and materials have been ordered for Building M (Family Health & Wellness, DLS). - Site work continues for Lofts at Waikoloa & Lofts East apartments. Construction Update 3.2021 The foundations for Buildings C (Goodwill Hawaii, #FireArtCuisine, Black Lava Vape, Jeans Warehouse, Sushi HI, Bodhi Tree Juicery and L&L Hawaiian Barbecue) and H (Popeyes Hawaii) are scheduled to be poured the week of 3/15/21. Building L’s (Fitness Forever Hawaii) framing began on 3/15/21. Framing for Building C will begin on 3/19/21. Framing materials for Building H are scheduled to arrive in the first half of April.... Trees have been planted in the parking field - landscape installation will continue until summer. Civil construction continues for the Lofts East apartments. Sewer and water construction to be completed this month. New water meters and backflow preventers to be installed on Waikoloa Road and Pua Melia Street. Electric and communication conduits are being installed for the Lofts apartments. New utility boxes have been installed along Pua Melia Street, and the contractor is working with HELCO for connection to the existing service.
