The Floify tool is clunky and not intuitive to use. At the very least there should be some instructions for using it. 2. It would be nice to receive a periodic update on the status of the loan process. Most of the time I received feedback when it was solicited. 3. Coordination with the title company could be improved. There were a few issues that occurred that it was difficult to determine who was ultimately responsible. Overall we liked working with Jamaica.
