For Valentine's day we wanted to do something special. We made a gorgeous edible bouquet with 3 new pop flavors! Strawberry Jasmine We cooked luscious organic strawberry, with sugar, strained the syrup, and made a beautiful bright puree. To the puree and syrup, we added our favorite elegant Yunnan Jasmine white tea and finally to round it all out added a touch of Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste. ... This pop is classy and tasteful. Just like you Violets Are Blue This beautiful violet pop contains a multitude of ingredients that harmoniously blended to make a tasty treat we are quite proud of. We cooked down organic blackberry, strained the seeds, added some cream, mixed in crème de violette, muddled some juniper berry, added a touch of organic lemon juice, and a dash of butterfly pea flower. Violets aren't blue? Pistachio Chocolate Rose Last but not least this gorgeous green pops is inspired by a few of the lovely flavors of Turkey. We made our own pistachio praline which we transformed into a decadent cream base, added a splash of rose water, a pinch of matcha, chopped up Valrhona chocolate, and finished it off with a smear of rose jam.
