The State of Hawaii Weekly COVID-19 Cluster Report for May 20, 2021 focuses on construction workers, classified as essential workers, who often travel by plane to remote locations and by high-density vehicle to and from local work sites. In one case SDOH investigated a cluster of 26 COVID-19 cases associated with a construction site on Oahu.
