I've always been that girl who was comfortable walking around naked in front of her husband... and then there was this 5 year period or so where that rarely happened, at least not if I could help it, I was so embarrassed! The left is the embarrassed me when I decided to start taking care of myself, making me a priority, losing the weight, I didn't put that hand in hand with feeling good nakey butttt let me just tell ya, it made a HUGE difference!! Feeling confident in ...your clothes with a VS push-up bra, waist trainer, fitted everything and shaped to the heavens is one thing, feeling confident naked well my friends that's a whole new high I have a new group starting so fitness, nutrition, confidence, nakedness (just kidding ) and all that goodness - pm me if ya want some deets

Frozen Yogurt Bark 1/3-1/2 cup of Greek yogurt Spread about 1/4 inch thick on a piece of parchment or wax paper and throw on whatever toppings you like, suggestions:... Nuts, berries, spices, honey - if you'd like it on the sweeter side you could add a little peanut butter, dark chocolate, or coconut shavings, the sky is the limit! This is the perfect TREAT no matter what your choice of toppings. Freeze for 1-2 hours, chop it up & enjoy

Super pumped about this round always a crazy good kinda nervous to start and get things going, time to adult full for force haha What is Goal Diggers University? It's a 2 week CRASH course on how to set, organize and CRUSH goals I'm going to personally teach you how to get your mind right, dig deeper, and start DOING! It's going to be some SERIOUS work and serious FUN - doesn't matter what type of goals they are, big, small & anything in between ... WANT IN?
