Sunset last night was awesome, but sunrise from the lanai this morning is also pretty spectacular!

Maui sunset at its best.

They do not call it the rainbow isle for nothing. Maui is opening back up. I'm not there but understand it's crazy busy. Can't wait to be there in October!

My friend will soon have a buddy. Went to Moana Glass yesterday for class #2. Had a fantastic time creating little blue a new friend. (He was lonely, like me). So.... Don't hold your breath but next week you will be seeing double!!! Thanks Donavan for being a great teacher. Thanks Pam Metz for being my friend.

So for anyone wondering....the condo was not affected by the flooding...it was the other side of the island. Road to Hana will be a no go for quite a while. Yesterday was cold and rainy, but today is bright and beautiful. Rooftop garden a little to warm for watching the whales.

End of another day.

My last beach chairs disappeared. So I bought new ones. Love me some pineapple!!!!

I'm back on the beautiful island of Maui. The weather is very warm, sun is shining the whales are jumping.

Hard to believe there is a hurricane coming! Although it is a little windy this morning.

Beautiful new tile floor all installed. Amazing what we can do when we set our mind to it!

Maui may have been hit hard by wildfires this past week, but they are now 100% out. Thanks to my Sister in law Dawn Cernik the condo has had a spring cleaning, in July. All that nasty black stuff is gone, all curtains washed, bed linens washed, every wiped down and dusted! As you can see our beautiful view is back to normal
