That's me jumping off my favorite spot in the land where Coconut Ice Cream comes from....Hana, Maui! From 2014 - 2016, each January I was blessed to spend a wee...k with the most beautiful souls basking in Yoga, fresh coconuts, friendships and unforgettable magical moments! After a few years off from the Hana Maui Yoga & Life Institute...I'm listening to my heart, and gut...it 's telling me it's time to bring this back and from the words of my close friend Albert Zeman...."people need this Rosh, more than ever" Just FYI keep an eye out for opportunities to come spend a magical week in Hana together!
