Organized and team-oriented guest service expert needed with a friendly and professional disposition to answer spa inquires (phone calls, emails, texts, etc), make appointments, and check clients in and out and run daily operations of our spa. We are looking for someone who is detail and solution orientated, has positive communication skills, is adaptable to change and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. A passion for wellness and the industry is a plus!... Duties and Responsibilities include: Opening or closing the spa as needed Preparing spa for clients' arrival, greet and check-in clients, and assure smooth check-out Must be very computer-literate and familiar with messaging on Facebook, Instagram, Yelp Learning and becoming efficient in our booking system Up selling treatments and products. Ability to confidently speak to potential guests about services and specific needs Ability to problem solve in the moment and represent the brand in a positive manor. Balancing schedule of the day for therapists and rooms Must be able to process payments, also be comfortable handling cash and making correct change. Managing the laundry: washing, folding and keeping sheets and towels properly stocked You also embody the aloha spirit and wish to work with a growing team of competent people. Job Type: Full- time
