It’s been a while since I treated this boy. I have met him officially when he was 3 days old (I was treating his mommy while he was in her womb). I’m very honored to be part of this special boy’s life.

Meet my Personal Trainer (available on-line), Coach GB! I have been secretly (fear of not being accountable and quitting after a month) working out under his guidance since December! It was a big decision for someone who had never enjoyed physical training. However, every time I asked my patients, Do you exercise?, I was asking myself, do I exercise and felt guilty. I was experiencing headaches due to tight neck and shoulders, energy drop in the afternoons, craving for sug...ar and carb and feeling of heaviness in my body. I have known Coach GB for a while and I felt comfortable working with him. Not only he is knowledgeable with physical training, but he is also open to different ideas and great with working with individual needs. He gave me an assessment and came up with a plan that’s workable and appropriate for my goals and physical abilities. After working with him for 3.5 months (I’m very proud of myself!), I feel so much better! He sends me weekly exercise menu via an app, and we check in often to see how things are going. no more energy drop better sleep and mood way less headaches less neck and shoulder pain hubby notice my posture is better a few inches less around my waist less craving for carbs and sweets Again, he is knowledgeable, caring and nonjudgmental. Someone graduated from non-needle and now moving into kitty whiskers (acupuncture needles). He was presently surprised when he found out that kitty whiskers didn’t cause him any ouchie. Happy to witness these growing up moments in my young patients.

Disclaimer: this is my back and no one has beaten me up! () Gua sha: Gua sha is a form of massage involves scraping the skin with a tool to improve circulation. It releases heat and toxins as you can see. It helps to move Qi, blood and fluid. It boosts immune system and improves sleep. It was a little painful, but I felt so relaxed and felt much better. And I slept so well! My neck and shoulders are soft today. And I cannot wait for my next appointment in 6 days (yes, I’m counting).
