Ho`omaka`ana Farm has left the Marimed `Ohana. This special place of safety, healing, and transformation helped to calm and raise thousands of young men. Life l...ong relationships were formed, and thousands of staff and volunteers helped transform this untamed Kahalu`u `aina into a place of growth for people, plants, and spirits. For this we must be forever grateful for our 22 years of stewardship. It has passed to caring hands that will continue its use as a place for community youth and their growth. Marimed will use the proceeds to help fund our Maritime Careers Exploration Program for years to come, in this way Ho`omaka`ana Farm will continue to provide for our community. Mahalo to all who contributed and put their hands to work in this beautiful place. A hui hou! See more
