Today is the International Transgender Day of Visibility. Transgender Day of Visibility is an annual awareness day celebrated around the world. The day is dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of transgender and gender nonconforming people while raising awareness of the work that still needs to be done to achieve trans justice. Malama Pono Health Services honors this day and stands in solidarity with our Trans Sisters and Brothers on Kauai, and across the Globe.

Thank you Church of the Crossroads for partnering up with our Smoking Cessation Program at Malama Pono Health Services and for starting a new Program to help affected Families in the Island. If you know a family that can use groceries or fresh produce in Kapaa send them to the Church website or www.Nourishkauai.org The church is located in the Kapaa Bypass on the Makai side. There is also a Kupuna Program on Wednesdays and this grocery program on Fridays from 3:30 to 5:30 .
