5 STARS!! Look at this recent review left by a guest. Beautiful beach, sunsets. Lovely apartment Reviewed by: Nigel D. on 30/05/2019... Comment: The apartment had literally everything you need (as the description of the condo details), and has a wonderful view of the beach and turquoise water, and a scenic outcrop of volcanic rock too. There was only one snag, but that was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Elise, the owner: the a/c had suddenly broken down when we arrived and it was 90 F in the apartment. The next day she had a technician come who fixed it in the morning. And she not only gave us a bottle of Prosecco--a nice gesture--but also reimbursed us a night for the first virtually sleepless one without a/c on a particularly warm and muggy day. That's impressive. The staff on-site at the building were all warm and friendly too, especially Nohea. We also loved the ambience of the neighbourhood: people actually live here and it is the anti-thesis of Waikiki. There is a real feel of down-to-earth authenticity and it is not at all built up (except for this beach with its three buildings that stand out for their height--and the building this apartment is in, while clean and well-maintained, is unfortunately not terribly aesthetically pleasing from the outside it must be said).
