Lokahi Pilates of Hilo

This is it, the last of our Zoom classes for 2020! I have decided to offer a final 10-Days of Christmas Pilates Challenge. Ten days of mindful, heart-centered Pilates and Barre workouts. Here are some comments about participating in my online classes: Kea is a kindly drill sergeant; she gently persuades me to do more than I would ever do on my own. Can’t believe what it’s done for my overall core strength.... Excellent class series! Loved it. Kea is clear, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I feel challenged and protectedlike I am working hard for results but not going to hurt myself. She made the class achievable. I felt my muscles working and her progressions made my body feel so good. She was so deceptively calm. l loved it! I felt really zen afterward. That was fun! My arms were burning!! The classes start on Tuesday, December 8th and run through Thursday, December 17th at 9:00am HST. Replays are sent to your inbox daily and will be available until the end of the month.
