The Hawaii real estate market is on fire. It is the absolute best time to sell your home as we have a new record high for SF properties of $917,500 and condos $457,500! Interest rates % are still historically low giving buyers more power to purchase creating this unbelievable demand in the marketplace. Most notably, the single-family home market set a record median sales price of $917,500, a nearly 20% year-over-year increase and a 3.9% jump above last month’s record of $88...3,000. Fierce competition between buyers continues, with 48.5% of single-family homes and 29.1% of condo sales sold above asking price last month. Ashley is a great member to have on your Hawaii Life team. During my phone interview of Ashley, she quickly turned things around and asked the key question, what were we looking for in an agent?. This was followed-up with questions to better understand our listing timing. Ashley did a number of things during the process that instilled confidence in her ability to sell our property, including: Solid marketing approach based on data analysis, including: Clarity of Ashley’s and Hawaii Life’s listing services Marketing timeline and draft schedule. Initial timeline was considered to be in mid-January.
