Brigadier General Moses Kaoiwi Jr., commander, and Command Sergeant Major James R. Jimenez, Command Sergeant Major Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) signed a ...memorandum for all HIARNG leaders Soldiers pertaining to the HIARNG Blue Book. Pulled directly from the memo, "The HIARNG Blue Book is a reference guide focusing on the standards of conduct, appearance, and eligible benefits for all Soldiers assigned to the HIARNG." Brig. Gen. Moses Kaoiwi Jr. was awarded the Legion of Merit for his meritorious service while serving as Director of Joint Staff and Commander of the 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Hawaii Army National Guard from January 2014 to November 2017.
