This time next week I’ll be on a few very long flights across the country and across the Pacific Ocean to finally land in Hilo, Hawaii. Everyday that it gets co...lder here is everyday I get more excited. And yes I bought reef friendly sunscreen (Which isn’t easy to find in a state devoid of reefs.) I’m so proud of my friends out there who have put their valuable time into Thrive Fest Hawaii and who have raised over 5k for charity. It means a lot that the message in the music is carried out through action. Hawaii is where I met some of the most genuine people in my life. There’s this ancient sense of community it seems we once had that the Hawaiians have held onto. I can’t wait to get my dose of it in a week.
