I acquired the trip for 12 at the auction fund raiser for the Kona Historical Society, be sure to go by the museum to see all they have to offer. The trip was remarkable. Everyone raved about the hospitality and special opportunity to share this time with such treasures as Uncle Billy and WeeJ Paris and the Nobrega family.

Twelve of us enjoyed a day with Uncle Billy Paris, as he talked story and led us up the mountain on his ranch, just above Kainaliu, to historical sites, one of which was the paddock where the first cattle to come to Hawaii were corralled. The trip was remarkable and so was the lunch hosted by Barbra Nobrega and her family, at their mountain home.
