T.G.I.F - The grind includes Friday. . . It's 715am and I'm at the state building waiting in line for an errand. I get a text from my clients who are in Seattle, 3 hours ahead of us, "Call us when you get a chance." To their surprise I instantly call them back. They are ready to make an offer to a Kapalua Condo they just can't seem to forget about. . .... Luckily my laptop is in the truck and I have Tmobile Hotspot ready to go. We go over the terms of their offer and i start drafting. I send it over to my Broker for review then forward to my clients via #docusign for signatures.
