Our food expeditors help keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen and the tables. You will work in a fast-paced environment to get proper orders out faster and more efficiently. As food expeditor, you must have excellent communication skills and enjoy a restaurant’s hectic setting. You must have the stamina to be in constant motion and the ability to coordinate and organize processes and people. The goal is to make food service faster and better to make your island Ohana ha...ppy with their service. Responsibilities Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the kitchen Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority Assist in the final or basic preparation of dishes if needed Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature Deliver orders to maintain fast service Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g. when a customer has a particular request) Connect complaints from clients to the Manager to preserve the Diner’s great customer service rep. Support other tasks as needed (e.g. telephone orders) Chubby’s Diner inside KBXtreme is a Kona favorite, offering local and American cuisine which includes appetizers, plate lunches, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast all day. For your sweet cravings, we offer soft serve, tartlets, and crème brûlée! A full bar and Karaoke lounge make KBXtreme THE place to be for sports, parties, and fun!

KBXtreme is where Kona comes to play! We need a friendly person who enjoys working with all ages, to help guests around the arcade, and perform minor repairs on game machines. Full training is provided. Our Customer Service staff helps guests with learning how things work, how to buy Playcards, play on machines, redeem prizes, and works to stock and organize supplies and prizes in between guests. They may listen to feedback and even complaints regarding the malfunction of machines and work to get the guest back to having fun as soon as possible. We are looking For people who can work up to 8 hour shifts, part time, with available hours on evenings and weekends. Sound fun? Drop us a line!

Aside from taking reservations, setting guests up, explaining processes, cashiers may process payments, coordinate fixing machines, supporting arcade and bowling operations, stocking supplies and products, making sure the front areas are neat and ...orderly, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.
