March 31, 2020 Foreclosure auction. I went to bid but the construction guy let his top bid be known before the auction. Coincidentally it was the same as our bid. The other buyer heard it and placed his bid for that amount. Oh well I wasn't in love with the house. But it is a good investment for that price. But it's not a done deal. Bidding can open again at court confirmation.
