Aloha Busy Friday and Saturday for Team KCCP. Last I heard 71 (our cost is $75 each) spay neuters and about 15 health checks (who’s counting but about $50 each ). Nine now ready for the next golden ticket flight at $500 a crate.... Then of course the unexpected, someone brought in a female kitty that was a little too far along and we had a litter of KITTENS. Hard to count but 5 or 6. The owner said no way she can deal with this so they are safely in our nursery and will be needing Golden Tickets in about two months. If you add this all up a $10,000 weekend! Wow! Did I mention air conditioning issues. Last time we had to get the front air conditioner replaced. Hope this one can be repaired if not add another $5,000 to our weekend. Yikes. Help us continue to provide spay neuter anyone that comes whether they can donate or not and help us help these guys get the mainland. Donate today! Thanks Susan

March Updates and April Kitten Fun! Aloha! It's officially April and to us it means that kitten season is exploding (yes we do have kitten season 12 months out of the year but this time of year is worse). Over the last several weeks we have taken in 4-5 litters of kittens. Some with their moms and some not. What this means to me is I need to make sure in 2 months we have the funds and the partners lined up to take this influx of kittens. Our partners in Seattle (Kitsap Hum...Continue reading

Aloha At it again. Bus working Friday and Saturday with 76 kitties getting spay neutered. Also more excitement we have 5 new kittens born in the bus today.... On top of that a kitty was brought in that was chipped. We were able to reunite Hallo with his owner Mary who said he has been missing since 2016. She could not believe it and neither could we. So happy for Hallo and his family. None of this can happen without everyone’s continued support! Stay tuned. Working on another transfer so will update you soon. Thanks again Susan

Second update. All but one crate will fly 4/22 to Seattle so let’s do this all again in a couple days! Susan Update. Transair to Oahu had plane issues. Unfortunately their next flight does not arrive in time for us to make connection so we will do their again next week. No flight space on Alaska Airlines for rest of week. ... Aloha It’s Golden Ticket Tuesday and one of our many litters is on their way! Eve and 5 kittens board. In additional to the little family we have 3 adults from at risk areas that were lucky enough to get that tap on their shoulder! Good luck guys! Susan

Aloha Just forwarded the pictures from new kittens from the bus yesterday when I received an even newer update. Mom and the 5 are doing well and just got their intake assessment. As you know - none of this would be possible without your ongoing support and we appreciate each and every person.... Thanks! Susan
