I just met someone who has pasture and is looking to get a horse (or a few) on it! Is even willing to help feed and care for it.

Yesterday was a milestone for Katava Equine Services - it was my first paid gig with two beautiful geldings on the slopes of the Hamakua coast! I am so grateful and I want all my clients in this infancy to know that if they are willing to take a chance with me and grow with me, I will not let them down and their loyalty will not be forgotten in time. Officially certified in all 3 levels of Equine Massage! Therapeutic, Athletic, and Senior/Advanced!

Apparently massage is partially to thank for the fame of the delicious Kobe beef from Japan! People have asked if I massage cattle and I'm thinking about it - why not?

I mailed in my final Equine Massage Case Studies today, for my Senior certification! This is the very last step in my Equine Massage education! Working with elderly horses has been a true joy - they are so especially peaceful and sweet.

I think Zebras would like massages too!

Just submitted my ad for the Hawaii Horse Expo, which is a different format this year. I would love to attend but it's a lot for a budding business to afford, so I thought advertising was a top priority. Besides, massage is such an integral part of wellness, it seemed like a no-brainer to sponsor them. http://www.hawaiihorseexpo.com/

I'm planning a Kohala tour for the day after Thanksgiving and putting together some brochures! I'll be sure to plaster them everywhere following that!
