While we are quarantined at home don’t forget that your bathtub can be a little spa treatment for yourself A 20-40 minute soak with epsom salt can give your body the pick-me-up it needs. My recipe: 2 cups epsom salt... 1/2 cup baking soda 15-20 drops of essential oil of your choice. I like lemongrass and ginger. Lavender is always good. Even a few drops of frankincense. Magnesium improves sleep and muscle function, can help relieve headaches and PMS.
