Photo of my little helper , making #delicious Ginger Lemon Dressing. Her favorite foods besides lemon are sauerkraut, broccoli, avocado , blueberries , coconut kefir , wild salmon and dates. Hi Mama, I see you. I see your heart-bursting unconditional love. Nothing could have prepared me for it too. And sometimes with all that intense love , plus change in sleep patterns , plus cray cray world plus...ahhh, sigh...all the things and then anxiety creeps in and steals your peace. Here’s what I do to say Carry On to my anxious thoughts immediately move my body , get that energy out . Extra bonus if it can be outside in the #sun anxiety normally relates - at ...least in part - to the need for , or illusion of , control. When I place my hand on my heart and affirm to Trust the Divine Intelligence of Life it helps me remember to surrender. use nature’s powerful remedies - the purest , most potent #essentialoils. My top two for anxious thoughts are #doterraessentialoils Cobaiba and Bergamot. Honestly, sometimes this is the only thing that works , I’ll be doing my deep breathing , pacing around, trying to calm down and then Spencer puts some oil on my neck and within SECONDS I’m more calm. If you’re willing to give it a go , I’m 100% here to support you in finding what works for you . talking to someone who 1. Understands & 2. Has no judgment . It’s so important to have at least one person who you can call. I have a handful of helpers here , you all know who you are this last one might sound weird , because if you know , you know being anxious feels awful ...bring your hands to your #heart in prayer position, take a deep #breathe and say thank you. Thank you for the opportunity to experience heart-racing , mind-exploding anxiety . Thank you that I can feel so much. Thank you for the compassion and empathy it gives my beating heart. Thank you for the reminder to have Faith and Trust that I am exactly where I am meant to be. Thank you for the tools that I have available to come back to equanimity. Our brain’s programming or mindset affects everything in our life . And how exciting is it that we have the ability to change our programming!? Most of us like to stay in our comfort zone and it weakens our courage muscle and then we carry so many of our brilliant ideas and could-haves with us to the grave. #truthbomb We have a finite amount of time , and there will never be the perfect time to take action on what your heart is calling you to do. If you feel that heart pull, act on it . Even if you’re scared sh$tless. We were gifted this amazing miracle of a life and there is no-one on this planet that is just like you.
