Island Veterinary Center is a full-service hospital for companion animals, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and emergency care. At times, emergency care results in delays for patients with scheduled appointments. We apologize for these delays and appreciate your understanding. To minimize delays, we triage all emergencies to make certain the animal has a condition that requires immediate attention. If it does, we care for the pet before proceeding w...ith our schedule. If it does not, we schedule treatment after-hours. If you have questions about our emergency care policy, please call us at 731-6350. In addition to standard COVID precautions, we are doing temperature checks on anyone entering our facility. We are also limiting the number of adults that may accompany a pet (one per pet).
