We'll focus on balance, strength and flexibility using some standing poses, but mostly, staying close to the floor. Modifications will be offered. Class is taught in a meditative style with postures flowing in a smooth sequence and includes aspects of yoga philosophy seamlessly weaved throughout. Sundays. 8:30 am -10 am YIN YOGA classes taught by JaRed Sam Reconnect to your breath and your body’s energy in this quiet, restorative class where we explore relaxing into postures for extended periods of time. hOMe Yoga supports the SUMMER SOLSTICE Saturday. June 20th It includes a GLOBAL MEDITATION and PRAYER at 5 pm Pacific Time, known as the "World Unity Ceremony" .(2 pm Hawaii time)... Join the many religious, indigenous and spiritual leaders who will be in attendance. The eclipse is at 5:40 pm PT (2:40 Hawaii time) Deva Premal, Miten and Manose will lead a Gayatri Mantra and Om into a silent meditation during the transit itself followed by prayers and blessings from many of the leaders.
