Come along for a look inside one of our beehives! While we open the hive to inspect yesterday, our beautiful bees continue with their daily tasks. Beautiful work, busy bees!

Honey glazed salmon, anyone? @wanda.bell.148 has invited the Holoholo Honeybees to dinner tonight. See how her honey has started to crystallize? Fun fact: The crystallization of the raw honey is normal and expected. Although it never ‘goes bad’, crystallized honey can be difficult to get out of the glass flasks we bottle in. Honey from the grocery store doesn’t crystallize because it’s been heated. We don’t do that, leaving it in a completely natural state. Pro tip: cap of...f, put bottle microwave for 30 seconds or so. It will convert the honey to liquid again. Or leave the cap on and dip the bottle in a hot water bath. Sweet eating, Wanda and Howard!
