Had the pleasure of attending a training at Hoku Nui today to learn about MALAMA AINA and sustainability.... If they stop delivering food...Hawaii will run out ...in four days...I can assure you these folks will outlast us all... HAWAIIANS/POLYNESIANS are BRILLIANT I stepped in the grocery store on my way home...last picture says it all If can stop by and celebrate my fam Ka'apuni Aiwohi tonight at Guava tree...my nerves bad

Here we go again! After overwhelmingly positive reviews and numerous requests, we are launching another free 2 day butchery workshop with Bryan Mayer @bryandmayer on April 4th and 5th from 9am-5pm at Hokunui. Chef Gary Johnson @seasaltmaui will also be in attendance, sharing his tips and tricks while cooking up some complementary lamb, venison and pork! Attend one or both days. Advance registration is required and space is limited, so register ASAP at hokunui.com/butchery to save your spot! Funded by a grant from the USDA Local Food Promotion Program (LFPP).
