I was thinking to put this pic in a frame since caramelized pecans are so pretty! Even better to eat in our Whiskey Pecan Praline Bonbon! Fresh batch coming if your interested. We pre-roast pecans to 275F while caramelizing sugar to 310F. When sugar is ready we will add pecans and get them sweetly covered then poured onto a silpat. Ground with precrystalized white chocate for little body when set. Surrounded then with house made 62% milk chocolate. SO GOOD!

The gifting Holidays are almost over, just Father's Day left! Actually it is my favorite one, next to my birthday, as I get to make myself chocolate!
