60+ menu sampler consisted of our Thai Papaya Salad and Turkee Pesto Sandwich on @beyondpastrystudio focaccia. This was for an event screening an inspiring film that reveals viable solutions to our climate crisis. Utilizing local produce for our menu items such as green papaya, long beans, and calimansi is a small step toward positive changes to our environment.
