This is a naked 7'4" x 30" x 4 3/8" 119 liter Foil SUP. This the shape of our production carbon FSUPs arriving in July. The lineup consists of of three sizes, 7-0, 7-4 and 7-8. All the boards have a dual track system giving the riders plenty of freedom in determining foil positioning based on their foil and preference.

I have two Gath Helmets for foiling. 1st one I purchased was the Gath Neo Surf Helmet - Blue (XL) for $119 plus $13 shipping. On foil session #4, I almost bashed the front wing with my face; it became apparent that I needed helmet with a visor. So, I purchased the Gath Retractable Visor (RV) Helmet - Red (XL) for $189 plus $13 shipping. I ordered a tinted visor with my helmet. You can slide the visor up and down in the water if you want. Both helmets came with a vented dr...awstring bag that protects the helmet when its in your car with all your other toys. Both helmets have audio vents you can open or close so no problems hearing. Weight was not a problem and didn't affect balance. Visor did not fog up at anytime in the water. Water drops on the visor are not really a factor but, with my old eyes, I did notice that my depth perception was slightly off due to the curvature of the visor. (I did wear the blue helmet out at Himalayas a couple of months ago just to check it out. It felt pretty good in the whitewater, the foam balls, etc.) Gath is an Australian company that has been making helmets for years. The USA distributor for Gath is Murray Sports in Carpinteria, CA. During my anticipated lengthy learning process...and may be longer...I'll be wearing a helmet.
