Video gaming is a $200 billion dollar industry that saw a massive spike in 2020 since all of us were stuck at home. Video games can be fun and a stress release. Meygan and I have always played car racing games even before we were married and enjoy them occasionally. Couples get into trouble when one spouse, usually men, play video games more than they interact with their wife. Yes, stereotyping here but for good reason since the data proves that the large majority of video... game addicts are men and 95% of people who play more than 15 hours a week are male. This issue is not as easy as you think it is and we have a brand new webcast called Too Much Video Gaming where I talk about why so many people love them, how you can set boundaries and make sure you don’t lose your marriage over playing too many video games. https://marriage365.com/webcasts/too-much-video-games/
