Curb Appeal Hawaii LLC Roofing

Our most recent project. 49 Black Sand Clubhouse at the Mauna Lani. We replaced an old wood shake roof with a light weight Cedarlite tile that gives it a wood shake look. We made custom copper caps for all the peaks and corners. The flat roof was coated with National Silicone giving the customer a 20 year labor and material warranty.

Another happy customer. They wanted their old shingle roof changed to an aluminum standing seam roof. All panels were fabricated with a 1 inch hem at the end with closed tabs, leaving no raw edges. This roof is perfect for adding a solar PV system on.

We changed out an old woodruff roof and installed this beautiful 24 gauge standing seam roof. We gave them all the bell and whistles, 1 inch hem and closed ribs on every panel, custom made skylight flashing with a new Velux curb mounted skylight. custom made corners on the hips and of course the best customer service.

A happy customer is always our top priority. We changed out the old rusted metal roof and made this house stand out from the rest. Custom made skylight flashing, solar water system was relocated to the front with new rails.
