What’s one thing that brought you joy today? - I’ve been seeing rainbows all week when I needed them most :) This is unfiltered goodness of one was one of the brightest I’ve ever seen. Lots of transformation happening in the world right now which is beautiful but can also be A LOT. Remember what fills your cup... Sometimes I try these three prompts: I am grateful for - the place I live in, I am proud of - the photo I edited of the protest yesterday (thinking of sharing a few tomorrow), and I’m excited to - start the virtual retreat today!!

Just a reminder that you are a living breathing self-healing miracle, scars and bruises and heartache and all of it. - Thank you for all the love and check ins. Everything is healing so fast it’s actually been crazy to watch each day. There’s some deep bruising on my leg and knee that will still be a bit but mostly I just have these big pink new patches of skin like a naked mole rat as my sister says - So (gasp) a random iPhone photo posted at not optimal posting time to celebrate this amazingly real, unpredictably precious existence. This is just me guys, here for the whole thing.
