I am now considering my next career move due to illness and just want to thank all those that believed in and supported me to follow my dreams to farm! It was truly one of the best experiences of my life!

For all those that don't know, I had to stop farming in May due to a knee injury and had half my left meniscus removed on June 1st. As an update, this week (last day of July) was the first week I can walk normally without significant pain down steps and I planted my first 72 seeds in months today....snow peas, snap peas, corn and pole beans...mostly my daughter's idea! I know not what the future brings only that dirt and the life that magically springs from a seed plus the fr...uit of my sweat and hard work are an ultimate joy and my high...my true passion instilled from generations. I expect that drive to persue the love of the dirt, earth and seed to not diminish, but I have no idea what god has in store for me or what my body can produce as it heals.
