Good morning FB friends. We just completed the purchase (Jan. 2017) and condo conversion of 4 homes on Hauola Avenue and sold the 4 homes to first time home owners. Good morning. We are currently working on a 15 unit condo conversion near Kuakini Hospital for our client and there will be 8 units for sale in the spring of 2015. We are also working on a 2 unit CPR in lower Kam Hts. A 4 unit vacant land project in Kaaawa. A duplex lot in Palolo. Two duplex lots in Halawa.
