To our clients Veterinary Associates is dedicated to the health and well-being of our animals and our community. In response to the recent Corona Virus (COVID-19) concerns, we have implemented the following measures 1. Improved sanitation frequent hand-washing and cleaning of commonly touched surfaces 2. All sick employees are encouraged to stay home until signs resolve.... 3. In order to minimize spread, please consider the following; a. clients may wait in their vehicles with their pets until they are called into an exam room. Please check in with receptionist when you arrive. b. limit the number of family members who accompany your pet to the clinic c. if you are feeling ill and need to bring your pet to the clinic, please have another family member or friend bring your pet to see us. If this is not possible, please let us know and we will have a staff member come out to your vehicle to bring your pet in. There is currently no evidence that domestic animals can develop disease from this virus or, if infected, transmit it to other animals or people. In an effort to minimize contact points and spread: Beginning Monday March 30th, we will be offering CURBSIDE SERVICE ONLY. When you arrive, please notify us by calling 885-7941 or texting 936-3785. Please remain in your vehicle. Clients will be greeted at their vehicles and pets will be escorted into the clinic. Clients have the option to wait in their vehicles or drop off their pets to be seen. If you are feeling ill and need to bring your pet to the clinic, please hav...e another family member or friend bring your pet to see us. If this is not possible, please let us know and we will take appropriate precautions. All elective procedures and wellness exams are being rescheduled. Saturday hours will be reduced to 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Visitation of hospitalized patients is suspended at this time. See more
