On June 9th 2009 we opened our first store in Kihei, in a tiny space but filled to the ceiling with amazing locally made products. What a journey it has been! We’re beyond grateful to all of our business partners for staying strong throughout last years circumstances and to all of our loyal customers for keeping us thriving. Best way to make an egg and cheese sandwich! Cut a round piece at the center off the slice of bread and keep that round cut out. On a stove top place sauté pan add a little bit of butter, medium low heat, and place the bread slice on it, turning the heat to low, crack the egg and pour it in the center cut of bread. Sprinkle Lavender and Macadamia nut seasoning Sauté for a few minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and a slice of bread on top. Flip and brown the other side. Cut in half and serve. It’s so good!!!
