B O U N T Y: Today was the first time in a long time I slept past 10am, & the first time I realized the postpartum healing journey is near. Today I’m spending the bulk of my day meal prepping for postpartum health & recovery (which is less than 2 weeks away if this kid is in time like her mama ). Fennel, Dark Leafy Greens, Bone Broth, Root Vegetables, Grass Fed Beef, etc. Most the the ingredients necessary to heal new mamas from the inside out, I was able to click a button and purchase locally through @farmlinkhawaii If you want $10 off your first order with them you can use the link in my bio.
