After 5 month of neglect (due to a busy holiday season) I'm reviving Sour Sam (AKA my sourdough starter). Sourdough pancakes here I come...lol

The hens have started laying again! Can you tell which egg is from the grocery store & which one is homegrown? Tree Hugger Products is a lifestyle, not just soap...lol.

Sour Sam got his jar cleaned out and made 2 loaves of white bread, 3 loaves of jalapeño, and 4 little pizza crusts...yum :D
